DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly augmented the Jackson, Tennessee wrecking crew with employes other than carmen to perform carmen's work at the derailment at Guntown, Mississippi, March 30, 1955 to April 8, 1955 inclusive.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the following carmen at their applicable overtime rates of pay for the number of hours indicated on the dates shown below:
