COMPANY, THE
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement machinist Charles L.
Brydle was unjustly-dismissed from the service on March 21, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to reinstate said
Charles J. Brydle with seniority rights unimpaired and with compensation for all time lost retroactive to the aforesaid date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing was held thereon, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
