TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY, THE
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Carmen were
improperly used to make repairs on Texas and Pacific Car No. 6039,
consisting of removing and applying hose on March 24, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman T. C. Eubanks, in the amount of a four (4)
hour call at the applicable rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
