DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement The Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company on and since June 20, 1955, arbitrarily assigned to Sheet Metal Workers Carmen Painters' work such as lettering and stenciling identification plates for attachment to tool racks, material racks, bins, boxes and cabinets including other types of containers used in tool rooms and shops, both in the Locomotive and Car Departments.
2. That the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company be ordered to make whole the Carmen Painters adversely affected or damaged by the aforesaid erroneous action retroactive to the aforesaid date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
