DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, Carman John McCarthy was unjustly dealt with when the Carrier declined to pay him travel time on June 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforesaid employe for 1 hour and fifty-four (54) minutes at the applicable time and one-half rate for each of the above mentioned dates.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
