DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That the general cleaning of equipment suspended from the underside of passenger coaches, i.e., condensors, fan evaporating boxes, water filling valve boxes, etc., and diaphragm canvas hood covers located on end of such cars, was improperly transferred by the Carrier from Carmen Painter Helpers to Laborers at Huntington, Shops.


(b) That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to restore this work to the Carmen Painter Helpers.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
