DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current Agreement, the Carrier erred when they did not assign Electrician, Mr. W. E. Harris to inspect the electrical equipment, (Namely the electric motors, generator and the wiring thereto) on cars PFE 9546 - 60726 - 62217 - 60178 - 40118 - 41821 - 3327 - 8720 - 55416 - 40471 - 61163 - 42322 - 55583 - 55222 - ART 51139 -- 53089 - 32592 - 51641 - 29473 - SFRD 3443 -- 19089 - 30392 - MDT 11087 and BR 7264, July 5, 1955.


2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician, Mr. W. E. Harris, eight (8) hours at his regular hourly rate of pay for this Agreement violation.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
