DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the controlling agreement others than Machinists were improperly used to perform work of inspecting Diesel locomotives being readied for service at Boyles and Galera, Alabama, August 4, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Machinists F. L. Eggler and T. H. Cushan the amount they would have earned had they been called and used to perform this work.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
