DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the Carrier violated the controlling agreement, Rules 117, 118 and 127, at Guion, Arkansas on April 27, May 3, and May 6, 1955 when other than employes of the Carmen's Craft were used to assist a Carman to make repairs to thirteen (13) freight cars.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carmen R. E. Place, M. C. Trainor and C. E. Ault, less the amount of eight (8) hours each which the Carrier has previously allowed for their violation of the agreement.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
