DULUTH, MISSABE AND IRON RANGE RAILROAD COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement Boilermaker Edward Swenson was improperly held out of service from May 5, to July 25, 1955.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid employe for 55 eight-hour days at his regular hourly rate, from May 5, to July 25, 1955, inclusive.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from employes that the case be withdrawn.
