CHICAGO, BURLINGTON AND QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That other than Electrical Workers were improperly assigned to perform Electrical Workers' work of connecting and disconnecting power cables between Diesel-electric locomotive units at Gibson Roundhouse on August 19, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 31, 1955.


That the following electrical workers be compensated for four (4) hours each at the pro rata hourly rate of pay on the following dates:


W. O. LeMay August 19, 1955 J. N. Willis August 27, 1955
Robert E. Eyman August 23, 1955 M. Himberger August 28, 1955
L. F. Byland August 25, 1955 R. Guida August 31, 1955
J. H. Johnson August 26, 1955

And further, that these Electrical Workers be compensated on the same basis for all future violations on subsequent dates until the practice is discontinued.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
