DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the Carrier improperly assigned other than Electrical Workers to perform Electricians' work on the following dates: July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1955, at New Orleans Louisiana.


2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Electricians J. B. McDade, J. J. Remme, Jr., J. H. Rolfs, H. B. Wederstrandt, a total of 52 hours covering the aforementioned dates at the applicable rate of pay.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
