DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
Mr. Carmine Speziale, the employe involved in this dispute
was called for military service February 21, 1951. He returned
from service on February 21, 1955 and on February 23, 1955
reported for work but was told there was no job available to him
at the time.
On April 23, 1955, Mr. Speziale was recalled as a car oiler
and about May 5, 1955, Mr. Speziale asked the Local Chairman
Mr. Ripple, as to his "G. 1. Bill of Rights".
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
