DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement when
their Yardmaster at El Reno, Oklahoma, operated the turntable at
the E1 Reno Roundhouse on the respective dates of October 6, 11,
and 12, 1955.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to discontinue the assignment
of employes other than Laborers to operate the turntable and
compensate Laborers Henderson, Williams and Richardson each
in the amount of a three-hour call.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
