    CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO RAILWAY COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement other than Machinists, Sheet Metal Workers and Electrical Workers were improperly used to install a Car Retarder System at Stevens, Kentucky, on or about June 15, 1954 and thereafter.


2. That accordingly the Machinists, Sheet Metal Workers and Electrical Workers to be named later are entitled to be compensated for all time such work was performed by others retroactive to on or about June 15, 1954.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
