DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, Districtinen Demont Arnold, Troy Kennon and Lowell Grady were improperly compensated for the months of October, November and December, 1954 and January and February, 1955.
2 That. accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforesaid employes the difference between monthly rate of District Linemen and System Installers for the months enumerated above.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be -,vithdrawn.
