DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, Machinists J. B. Cook, R. L. Chapman, and A. R. Stephens, were not properly compensated for Washington's Birthday, February 22, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate them 8 hours straight time rate for February 22, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
