GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Carmen Henry E.
Ribich, Elmer E. Leppanen, Clemens L. Frederickson and Jack
Laurich were improperly relieved from service on the Kelley Lake
Wrecking Outfit at 12:00 noon February 1, 1956 and returned by
auto from Coleraine, Minnesota to Kelley Lake repair track ahead
of the Wrecking Outfit.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid employes 11 hours each at the time and one-half rate for
February 1, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
