SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA
(Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company)
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
compensated Sanderson, Texas, Wrecker Crew Member, Carman T.
A. Hunter when he performed wrecker service at Tesnus, Texas,
August 15, 16, 18 and 19, 1955.
2. That, accordingly, the carrier be ordered to compensate
the aforenamed wrecker member seven (7) hours August 15, 1955,
four (4) hours August 16, 17, 18 and 19, 1955, in addition to what
he was compensated on each of the above stated dates.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employ es that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
