DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Carmen were
improperly used to make repairs to Motor Car Unit No. 802 after
dismantling of the unit took place, on November 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th,
14th, 15th, 1955, at the Back Shop of the Milwaukee Road Shops,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman A. H. Rogahn, in the amount of (120) hours, Joseph Wrobleski, (112) hours, Paul Duchrow, (96) hours and Karl Mahler, (96 )
hours, at the applicable overtime rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
