LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreements others than Machinists
were improperly assigned to perform work of welding locomotive
frames at South Louisville Shops, February 27, 1952.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the work
of welding locomotive frames to the Machinists, and compensate the
Machinists for all time other than Machinists were assigned to do
work of welding locomotive frames, from February 27, 1952.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
