DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
compensated Laborer J. J. Dailey for 8 hours worked in excess of
his regularly assigned eight hour work period on November 2 and 3,
1955.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the
aforesaid employe the difference between straight time rate and the
time and one-half rate for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
