LEHIGH VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement was violated when certain
wrecking crew members were not allowed to accompany the
wrecking outfit, and Assistant Wreckmaster J. P. Sparduti and
Crane Engineer J. S. Sparduti from Ithaca, N. Y., to Sayre, Pa.
on March 29, 1956.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate wrecking crew members Nicholas Parenti, Anthony
Cochi, Nicholas Onofre, Jr., Joseph Chafoney, Louis Fraterangelo
and William Green for one additional hour at straight time rate
for 12:43 A. M., to 1:40 March 30, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
