ST. LOUIS-SAN FRANCISCO RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned other than Shop Craft Employes of the Sheet Metal
Workers' Water Service Employes to install, trim and fit metal
cupboards, metal cabinets, metal sinks and metal lockers in the
New Laboratory Building at Springfield, Missouri.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate the hereinafter named Water Service Employes eight
(8) hours each at the applicable straight time rate of pay for
each and every day that other than Water Service Employes were
used to perform the work described in part one of this Claim.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
