DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Sheet Metal
Workers (Water Service Employes) were improperly assigned to
assemble, erect and install prefabricated Sheet Metal building at
Memphis, Tennessee, during the period January 9, 1956
through
January 17, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate the hereinafter named Sheet Metal Workers (Water
Service Employes) the amount of 44 hours at the applicable
straight time rate of pay for the aforesaid violation.

STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
