ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the Current Agreement, the Carrier erred
and unjustly dealt with Lineman, Roy L. Baker, when they refused
his bid on Bulletin No. 20 and denied him the right to fill position
of Lead Lineman beginning July 6, 1956.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Mr. Roy L.
Baker, the difference in what he would have earned filling the Lead
Lineman's position and what he earned as Lineman, the dates of
July 6th, to July 31, 1956, both dates inclusive.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
