PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 91, RAILWAY EMPLOYES,

DEPARTMENT, A. F. of L.-C. I. O. (Machinists)


    LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company violated the current agreement when, on July 22, 1955, other than a Machinist Helper was assigned to operate a car brass boring machine at the South Louisville Shop No. 9.


    2. That accordingly the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company be ordered to assign the aforesaid Machinist Helpers' work to Machinist Helpers and additionally compensate them therefor in the amount of 8 hours at the time and one-half rate, equally divided between them, retroactive to July 22, 1955.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
