MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier improperly assigned other than Machinist
to inspect and work diesel locomotives at Jefferson City, Missouri,
after the regular working hours of the first shift on August 3, 4,
and 5, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Machinist M. W. Balhorn for four (4) hours per day at the applicable rate of pay for each day of the violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
