INTERNATIONAL-GREAT NORTHERN RAILROAD
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement the Carrier did not
properly compensate the Carmen and Carmen Helpers listed below
on the following dates which were Sundays: February 12, Feb. 26,
March 4, April 15, April 22 and April 29, 1956.
Carmen Carmen Helpers
O. L. Knapp, et al. H. J. Jones, et al.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to properly apply the agreement and additionally compensate the Carmen and Carmen Helpers
involved in this claim four hours each at the pro rata rate for each
Sunday that they were used in violation of the controlling agreement.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
