    TEXAS & NEW ORLEANS RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    "1. That under the controlling agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Carmen to perform repairs on freight cars, New Orleans Terminals, on dates: February 1, 4, 25, 29, March 1, April 6, 11, 13, 21, 22, May 9, 15, June 26, 27, July 10, 11 and 14, 1956.


      2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to:


      a) Discontinue the use of other than Carmen to perform Carmen's work of repairing freight cars.


      b) Compensate the following Texas & New Orleans Railroad Carmen as follows:


        1. D. R. Dugas, eight (8) hours applicable rate, February 1, 1956.


        2. F. H. Boechelman, four (4) hours applicable rate, February 4, 1956.


          3. * * * through Item 20."


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
