DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Carman B. H. Hankins was
not properly compensated at overtime rate when he was required to
work the rest days of his assignment on February 25 and 26, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman B. H. Hankins in the amount of 4 hours for
February 25 and 26, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
