    THE GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the current agreement Carman John D. Friesen was unjustly discharged September 21, 1956, from the Carrier's service.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforementioned Carman to service with seniority rights unimpaired and compensate him for all time lost since September 21, 1956.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
