DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current·agreement by assigning
others than electrical workers to operate Grain Elevator Car Dumper
at Port Covington, Baltimore, Maryland on April 9, 1956.
2. That electrician, B. L. Rupert, employed as a crane operator
in the Back Shop at Port Covington, who bid in this position be
awarded the position and compensated for the difference in rates of
pay from April 9, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
