DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement The Pullman Company
failed to reduce and adjust their Electrical Force at the Buffalo Shop
in accord with seniority.
2. That, accordingly, The Pullman Company be ordered to
compensate Electricians H. G. Sturm, A. F. Susel, T. Dolphus,
H. W. White, R. S. Williams, A. S. Koerner, S. R. Palz, J. Kohl,
F. C. Kreitner, F. G. Hoffman, P. F. Wurtz, J. H. Sturmer, E. H.
Besser, F. Kotlewski, G. M. Shiffhauer, V. J. Fritz, J. J. Hoffman,
A. J. Smith, J. J. Miney, F. A. Harper, J. J. Setlock, H. J. Schwartz,
E. P. LaBreck, .B. Harkins, G. Slaughter, R. H. Henderson, J. H.
Smith, R. H. Schlotterbeck, P. J. Leffler, and L. A. Scruggs for each
day that they permitted a Junior Electrician to work.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
