            THE PULLMAN COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That at the Buffalo Shops, the Pullman Company violated the controlling agreement when they failed to grant Electrician A. Dolphus his vacation period continuously.


    2. That, accordingly, The Pullman Company be ordered to compensate Electrician A. Dolphus for his vacation pay due him for August 8, 9, and 10.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division. of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
