DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement was violated when a supervisor
was assigned on August 18, 1956, to inspect and repair electrical
equipment on Pullman Cars.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Electrician W. D. McDonald in the amount of 8 hours at the time
and one-half rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
