THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement carrier improperly furloughed senior electrical apprentices M. R. Smeltzer, C. C. MacDonald
and R. L. Smith at the Roundhouse at Cumberland, Maryland on
July 6, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to return the aforesaid employes to service and compensate them for all time lost from
July 6, 1956 to the date of return to service.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
