    BESSEMER AND LAKE ERIE RAILROAD COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

    1. That under the provisions of the current agreement, Machinist W. J. Brunner was unjustly dismissed from the service of the Carrier on October 4, 1956, and that accordingly, Carrier be ordered to reinstate him with all pertinent rights of employment and compensation for all time lost retroactive to the aforementioned date.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
