PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 99, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)
ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the
current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned an employe of the Carman Craft from the Markham Car
Department, to perform work in the Markham Roundhouse, Chicago,
Illinois, February 14th and February 21st, 1956.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman Joseph Moniak, Markham Locomotive Department, 8 hours at
the time and one-half rate for February 14th and February 21st, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
