THE PULLMAN COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement is being violated when management assigns other than Pullman Electricians at the Buffalo Shops
to operate the switchboard.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate an
Electrician employed as such at the Buffalo Shops starting with May
28, 1956, for 2:40 hours at the time and one-half rate for each day
that this violation continues.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
