DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement other than Carmen were
improperly used to dismantle passenger car SP 1579 and Relief
Tenders SPMW 7000M and SP24W 7000K at Agnew, California on
April 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 30, 1956; May 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 14, 15, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carmen E. Francis, M. A. Resendez, J. Mirrione, R. M. Barlow, H. Sciotte,
R. Gonzales, E. E. Brown, J. F. Uphoff, L. F. Iaconis and L. J. Carson
on the following basis: twenty-two (22) hours each at prevailing
Passenger Carmen's rate at time and one-half in effect during April
19 to May 15, 1956, inclusive; one hundred and thirty (130) hours
each at Freight Carmen's rate of time and one-half in effect during
April 19 to May 15, 1956, inclusive.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
