DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than regularly
assigned wrecking crew (Carmen) were improperly used on February 25, 1956, at Ristine, Missouri, to rerail two cars.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the following members of the Illmo wrecking crew in the
amount of 221/2 hours each:
C. H. Young T. R. Zimmerman A. R. Curry
E. Miller H. W. Uelsmann B. Keys
Frank Keesee
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
