MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement, particularly Rule 9 and the
Vacation Agreement, particularly Article 12(a), were violated when
Carman M. W. Monthey was denied payment for travel time, waiting
time, meals and lodging at Salina, Kansas, starting July 15th to
August 4th, 1956, inclusive.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman M. W. Monthey for traveling and waiting time to Salina, Kansas
and return to home point, also for meals and lodging from July 15th
through August 4th, 1956, inclusive, in the amount of $125.36. (See
Employes' Exhibits A and B which are itemized accounts.)
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred .to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
