DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement when they
denied Carman H. W. Stewart his actual necessary expenses incurred
during the months of August, September and October, 1956, while
filling temporary vacancy at Crystal City, Texas.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to reimburse the
aforesaid employe the amount of his actual necessary expenses incurred, as per the expense sheets submitted to the Carrier, for the
aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred .to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
