DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Superior Wrecking Crew
Members, Orville W. Jacobson, Bernard Dault, William Bong, Jake
Malaha, John Kenbok and Joseph Monberg were improperly deprived of work belonging to the assigned wrecking crew when B&B
14,
crane .#1844 was used in place of the Superior Wrecking outfit to
perform wrecking service at Brookston, Minnesota August 15, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay the regularly
assigned wrecking crew members 12 hours each at the straight time
rate.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
