DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
- 1. That the current agreement was violated when the Carrier on
April 21 and 22, 1956, improperly assigned a Foreman to perform
Carmen's work.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carman S. Fletcher at time and one-half rate, $3.201 per
hour for 8 hours each day.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
