CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform work of removing
and renewing the armored air and signal hose on both ends of car
and renewing both armored hose on brake pipe to brake cylinders
on NYC 9154 baggage car, April 18, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
