THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the Current Agreement Carman Helper Richard
G. Gates was unjustly suspended on May 8, 1956 and unjustly dismissed from the service of the carrier on June 11, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the
aforesaid Carman Helper to service with seniority rights unimpaired
and paid for all time lost retroactive to May 8, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
