THE TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF F24PLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement the Carrier improperly
denied Boilermaker Helpers W. Thompson and A. L. Robertson the
differential rate for performing brick work.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate W. Thompson $7.20 and A. L. Robertson $2.12 account of this
violation.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
