DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Carmen L. T. Hardin,
R. H. Gollihugh, D. Robertson and B. F. McMahon were improperly
compensated in connection with the rerailing service performed on
September 12, 1956, at White Deer, Texas.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate these employes at the time and one-half rate from 5:30
P.M., September 12, 1956, to 12:10 A.M., September 13, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above referred to question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of
a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
